Welcome to the Japanese Listening software and services! Please read this agreement carefully to ensure you can make the best use of all our services.
To use the "Japanese Listening" software and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "Japanese Listening"), you must read and comply with the "Japanese Listening Paid Membership Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please ensure you read and fully understand the contents of each clause.
This Agreement is between you, the user (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"), and the Platform. The Platform will provide services to you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to download, install, or use the Platform and its related services. Your actions of downloading, installing, using, obtaining a MOJi account, or logging in are deemed as your reading and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you are a minor, please read and decide whether to agree to this Agreement in the company of your legal guardian, paying special attention to the clauses regarding minors. A minor's exercise and fulfillment of rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be deemed to have received the guardian's approval.
For all services, once payment has been deducted, refunds are generally not provided. If you encounter any other issues, please contact customer service.
You can activate Japanese Listening membership by paying a specified fee through methods designated by Japanese Listening, or future designated methods. The price of Japanese Listening membership may vary depending on the software version you use, and the amount displayed at the time of service activation shall prevail.
Upon successfully becoming a Japanese Listening member, you will enjoy various exclusive privileges and value-added services (specific benefits can be found on the membership activation page). The effective date will commence from the time of membership service activation, and you can check the specific validity period on the Japanese Listening membership page.
Each membership recharge purchase (for 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) will correspondingly extend the validity period of your subscription. You need to recharge before your service expires to ensure continuous enjoyment of privileges. Upon expiration of the service, your subscription privileges will be temporarily locked.
You acknowledge and agree that Japanese Listening membership services are online and virtual products, provided on a pre-payment basis. Once activated, Japanese Listening membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable (except in cases where major defects in Japanese Listening membership services prevent you from using them entirely, or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, or if legal regulations mandate a refund). If you encounter any other issues, please contact customer service.
You may not activate or obtain this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:
If you violate the above provisions, Japanese Listening reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of your membership service based on your actual circumstances, without providing any compensation or refund. Where necessary, Japanese Listening also reserves the right to seek compensation.
Annual, semi-annual, and monthly subscriptions will automatically renew upon their respective expiration dates. If renewal is unsuccessful after expiration, your subscription privilege service will be temporarily locked until your next successful renewal.
Automatic renewals can be canceled at any time, but deductions already processed are non-refundable.
Unless under special circumstances, the price will remain at the current transaction price for each automatic renewal. Should there be a price change, you will receive email notification from subscription stores like the App Store. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Automatic renewal services activated through an Apple account are a subscription relationship established with Apple. Cancellation requires logging into your Apple account on an Apple device. Japanese Listening does not have the authority to cancel it for you. For cancellation instructions, please refer to: Open "Settings" on your Apple device → Tap "Apple ID" → Go to "Account Settings" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select Japanese Listening → Cancel Subscription;
To cancel your subscription, please disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing date;
Due to Apple ID restrictions, the actual price paid by iOS users is subject to the amount displayed in Apple Pay.
Upon becoming a Japanese Listening member, you will enjoy various exclusive member privileges. You can view the specific content of these privileges on the [My - Membership Page - Member Privileges] page.
When registering for Japanese Listening membership services, please provide accurate and valid information.
While using Japanese Listening membership services, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documents. You must observe public order and respect social morality. You are prohibited from endangering network security, or using the network to engage in activities that harm national security, honor, and interests; incite subversion of state power or overthrow of the socialist system; incite national secession or undermine national unity; promote terrorism or extremism; promote ethnic hatred or discrimination; disseminate violent, obscene, or pornographic information; fabricate or spread false information to disrupt economic or social order; or infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legitimate rights and interests of others. In any such case, if Japanese Listening reasonably believes that you have engaged in any of the aforementioned behaviors, it may terminate your membership services without prior notice.
Should you violate this Agreement or the Japanese Listening Terms of Service, Japanese Listening reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures:
The developer prioritizes the protection of minors. If you are a minor, you should read this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of a legal guardian, and use Japanese Listening services only after obtaining your guardian's consent.
Guardians should guide minors on online safety issues to prevent potential risks. If a guardian agrees to a minor using Japanese Listening membership services, applications for consumption must be made in the guardian's name, and the guardian must provide proper guidance and supervision for the minor's use of Japanese Listening membership services. A minor's use of Japanese Listening membership services, as well as the exercise and fulfillment of rights and obligations under this Agreement, shall be deemed to have received the guardian's approval.
The developer reserves the right to independently determine the specific content of membership subscription services based on product plans and operational circumstances. Furthermore, the developer reserves the right to add or remove digital content, or to suspend or terminate parts of the membership subscription services, based on the copyright status of such digital content. Any such decisions will be announced after they take effect, and you agree to hold the developer harmless in this regard.
